Chef Michael Perrin opened 11 Maple Street in 1985, with one small dining room of only 8 tables. Now, after more than 35 years, he is still recreating his menu to reflect the changing times and offering a truly unique experience.
Whenever possible, the Chef prepares his signature dishes
with meats raised in a wholesome and humane way,
locally sourced organic produce, and the
best of both farm-raised and wild caught seafood.
